No Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the caffeine data, sleep impact estimates, or any other information provided by the App.

User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into the App. The quality of the App's insights depends on the information you provide.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and code within Caffeine Off are the intellectual property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to reliance on caffeine or sleep estimates.

App Store Terms

Your use of the App is also subject to the Apple App Store Terms of Service. In any conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms shall prevail with respect to App Store-related matters.
